Description

White Kidney Beans/Butter Beans is a legume plant from the legume family. There are several hundred varieties of beans that differ in size, shape and colour. This bean is very healthy. It contains a huge amount of valuable and easily digestible protein. It contains many valuable nutrients, including iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. It is rich in B vitamins, vitamin A, E and K. Its seeds are an excellent source of dietary fibre.
