Description

Borlotti beans, also known as cranberry beans, they are oval-shaped beans with a light pink/light beige color with red spots and blotches. Their sweet taste makes them often used in cooking as a main ingredient in dishes. They are perfect for both appetizers and main courses. Cranberry beans (Borlotti) lose their light beige color and become brownish after cooking, but this does not affect the change in taste and nutritional value.
